Transfer of your personal data

- the owners of the holiday facilities you have chosen so that you can be provided with a residence service;
- Third party service providers that process personal data either on behalf of ruralica.com or on a separate legal basis, all in order to effectively fulfill the requested service, or deliver products and packages based on joint business cooperation and / or based on the use of a joint service and / or legitimate interest (eg processing your booking and payment, processing your reviews and advertising). Such service providers may use personal data only to the extent and for the purpose of orders received from ruralica.com or according to rules they have set themselves as heads of personal data processing (eg Facebook, Instagram, Booking.com). In any case, the ruralica.com makes the privacy and protection of the personal data it processes a priority and, in particular, makes the decision to select a partner carefully and applying a high standard of professional care;
- To third parties and public bodies, (i) to comply with laws or regulations, (ii) to comply with a mandatory instruction or order of a public body, (iii) to prevent and / or report abusive and illegal activities , (iv) to protect the rights and personal safety of our employees; or (v) if required by lawsuits and other legal requirements;
- To all other persons in respect of whom we have received your express consent for personal data exchange.
Exceptionally, in the event of a change in the status of RURALICA.COM (eg merger, acquisition, separation, etc.) your personal data may be transferred to another legal entity.

The retention period of your personal data will primarily depend on the purpose for which it was collected. In this regard, we guarantee that we will not keep your data longer than is strictly necessary to carry out the purpose for which it was collected.
Exceptionally, in certain cases we may have a legal obligation to keep certain data for a longer period than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. In this case, we will store personal data only within the statutory minimum. For example, records and documents on daily cash transactions, business books and accounting documents and other records must be kept for a minimum of 10 years.
In conclusion, we also inform you that, in addition to fulfilling the prerequisites prescribed by the GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data in the possession of RURALICA.COM. Children
RURALICA.COM is fully aware that children are a particularly vulnerable group and therefore pays special attention to the protection of their personal data.
RURALICA.COM services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. However, in some cases, for the purpose of booking a stay in the facility, it is necessary to collect and use data of children who will stay with their parents, legal representatives or guardians in the selected facility. We will only process this information if it is provided by or with the consent of a parent, legal representative or guardian. If we learn that we are processing data about a child under the age of 16 without the valid consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that data immediately.
Your rights
